In this course, we will be getting down to basics. You’ll learn about real food and the power it has on our health and energy levels, and how simple it can be for you and your family to implement. It’s not as complicated as it seems! You need quality food, meal prepping strategies, and some tailor made food choices to get yourself feeling your best and your hormones working harmoniously.

Guest speaker, Naomi Eastman (@naomieastmanfitness), will take us through the what, why and how of incorporating movement into your life. A discussion on what real, intentional training can do for your health and your life.

  • How: Pro Metabolic movement; how to train with your body, not against it

  • Making it happen; how and where to start. Understanding what you need now and how you can adjust for every stage of life. 

Office hours:

Naomi will be available as a resource for you; discuss your own personal movement journey, dig into personal injuries or contraindications, plan a path forward.
