Why is there a twelve week minimum commitment?

Lasting health changes take time. A minimum of 12 weeks allows us to uncover root causes, implement meaningful interventions, and track progress effectively. What will each session look like?

  • First 90-Minute Session: We dive deep into your health history, current symptoms, and goals. We analyze any available lab work, discuss dietary patterns, lifestyle habits, and set the foundation for your personalized plan.
  • Follow-Up Sessions: Each session builds on the previous one. We track progress, adjust your plan, and introduce new strategies as needed. Sessions typically include:
    • Reviewing symptom progress and data from CGM
    • Implementing targeted nutrition and lifestyle modifications
    • Addressing obstacles and fine-tuning strategies
    • Providing educational resources and actionable steps

Beyond the Program: By the end of the program, you’ll have a clear, sustainable roadmap to continue optimizing your health independently.

What is CGM and why is it included?

CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) allows us to track your body’s real-time blood sugar responses, helping us fine-tune your nutrition and lifestyle for better energy, hormone balance, and metabolic function.

Blood sugar is the foundation of hormonal and metabolic health, influencing everything from energy levels to cravings, sleep, mood, and weight regulation. By using a CGM, we get real-time biofeedback, which is a powerful tool in understanding how your body responds to food and lifestyle choices.

We will use the CGM twice while working together:
First 2 weeks: To assess your baseline and identify how we can adjust your eating and lifestyle habits for better blood sugar balance.
Final 2 weeks: To track progress and see the improvements made in real time, giving us clear insights into how your body has responded to the changes.

This approach helps us heal the body from the foundation up, making adjustments based on your unique data rather than generic recommendations.

What is GI MAP testing and do I need it?

The GI-MAP (Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus) is a comprehensive stool test that gives us a detailed look at your gut health. It analyzes your gut microbiome, digestion, inflammation, and potential pathogens to uncover imbalances that could be affecting your digestion, metabolism, hormones, and overall health. This bio-individual report helps us pinpoint the root causes of symptoms like bloating, reflux, IBS, acne, fatigue, and more—so we can create a targeted plan to restore balance and healing from the inside out.

How do the two tracks differ?

The Foundations Reset (12-week program) is designed for women looking for a structured but shorter-term plan to address foundational hormone and metabolic imbalances. It provides essential insights and action steps to improve energy, digestion, and hormone health while helping you set up lasting habits that will serve you long-term.

The Hormonal Mastery (16-week VIP program) is a deeper, more intensive approach that extends beyond foundational work. This track includes more follow-up sessions, an advanced GI Health & Hormonal Balance Roadmap, using GI MAP testing and analysis and additional resources for long-term healing and sustainable weight management. It’s ideal for those dealing with more complex or long-standing health challenges who need extended support and want to get to the bottom of stubborn symptoms they’ve never fully resolved.
